What can we create when we bring our colours together?
In times of uncertainty, our differences are more important than ever. They bring new perspectives, ideas and possibilities, and when we come together, they can become part of something bigger.
This is the focus of the Academy 2026. Inspired by the power of colours, the Academy invites participants to recognise themselves as unique parts of the solutions we need, and to explore what becomes possible when we mix our strengths, experiences and ideas with those of others.

Like primary colours coming together to create entirely new and beautiful shades, Unity, Resilience and Innovation are the primary colours of our programme. Throughout the Academy, we will discover, explore and mix these colours to create new ideas, strengthen our organisations and take action towards a better, brighter future.
Unity: how can we celebrate our differences, build stronger connections and work together towards shared goals?
Resilience: how can we strengthen ourselves, our organisations and our movements to navigate uncertainty and turn challenges into opportunities?
Innovation: how can we bring different perspectives together, challenge the way things are done and create new ideas for positive change?
Together, these colours are more than the sum of their individual strengths. They are the building blocks for the solutions we can create when we learn from each other, join our efforts and turn our ideas into action.
We would like to encourage participants to choose from a variety of sessions each day, thereby creating their own training plan that matches their position and specific needs. A broad range of sessions across different areas of work will be offered simultaneously, with enough to keep the event interesting for everyone.
A detailed description of each session, providing goals, objectives and expected outcomes, will be published on the website at the beginning of October 2026.
Additionally, participants can offer informal sharing sessions to share major innovations and successes from their organisations that would benefit others. Details regarding the application for this session will be provided at a later date.
